Dwayne Brown,
SUDP

President

Dwayne is a licensed SUDP and is the Clinical Supervisor for Substance Use Disorder Treatment at the facility. He has been an SUDP since 2007, and has worked as a counselor since 2002. 

 

He performs group and individual substance use disorder counseling sessions, drug and alcohol evaluations, Marijuana Awareness Class and Alcohol/Drug Information School. The main therapeutic techniques used are Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.

Oksana Kimpel,
MS, SUDP, NCAC I

Vice President

Oksana is a licensed SUDP and a National Certified Addiction Counselor I. She has a Master’s Degree in Economics from Moscow State Agroengineering University. She has been an SUDP since 2013 and has worked as a CDPT for Alternative Counseling since 2005.

 

She performs group and individual substance use disorder counseling sessions, drug and alcohol evaluations, and Alcohol/Drug Information School. The main therapeutic techniques used are Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. Ms. Kimpel is also fluent in Russian.

Hannah Rosborough,
SUDP

Counselor

Hannah is a licensed SUDP. She first started working at Alternative Counseling as a counselor in 2005. She performs group and individual substance use disorder counseling sessions and drug and alcohol evaluations.

Stacy Perez, SUDP

Counselor

Stacy is a licensed Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP). She has been with Alternative Counseling since 2008, and has recently re-joined the team after a short brake. She performs group and individual substance use disorder counseling sessions, drug and alcohol evaluations and ADIS classes.

 

The main therapeutic techniques used are Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.

Amy Mueller,
SUDPT

Counselor

Amy is a licensed Substance Use Disorder Professional Trainee (SUDPT). She earned a Masters in Addiction Counseling through Grand Canyon University.

 

She has been working as a SUDP at Alternative Counseling since 2019. She performs group and individual substance use disorder counseling sessions and drug and alcohol evaluations. The main therapeutic techniques used are Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.

Nataliya Zharska,
MS, MRTF

Master of Science

Nataliya is an Agency Affiliated Counselor and has been working for Alternative Counseling since 2007.

 

She is a certified Moral Reconation Therapy facilitator. She is fluent in Russian and Ukrainian.
